I am registered at 96en.com casino, I have won 200usdt and I can't withdraw money because it asks for a transaction password... the agents don't answer me for more than 24h, I don't have the option to set the password anywhere. I'll send you a screenshotfile

ok i tried both. 96in support e-mail is only for indian players on 96in.com

Of course I wouldn't share the password of anything to be honest and I would wait for a reply from the casino what you have to provide and try to write them another email or in live chat again.

Hello, that means you haven't verified your account yet, right ? 

As for the fact that there is no support that speaks English, that's strange because on our website we have it listed that they have English live chat.
