I deposit with 9winz casino, 30000 inr with Friday 200% Gonjo Treasure hunts bonus and i received 60000 bonus amount, after that i complete wager 10 time of bonus amount, 600000, in only one game provided by casino bonus. Gonjo treasure hunts and 1 time wager of ny real cash, (tatal wager 630000). After that my balance real and win amount was 75400 INR, I placed withdraw but 9winz cheat my total fund.
I try many more, but no any response, after that i forwarded this issue to legal department of india, cyber crime control. My case is in processing

No sir, i play continued with limit bet, may be first time 2 or 3 time i play by mistake with over bet only 50rs. Plus maximum bet.

Hello, you may feel it's wrong, but consider that the verification process is a standard these days. How could the casino possibly know it's really you? The very first step to successful withdrawal is cooperation during verification, I'm afraid.
