Used for eSports betting. My balance was around 4k $, The withdrawal were approved, but I didnt receive the money. After contacting support, they reset my all balance. Its scammers office !

I used 3 providers for esprorts there. I won around 3k$ for 2 week.
They just didn't want to pay me fair winnings and reset the entire balance.

Still the same. I think this casino is just don't want to pay & create a story saying provider checking the games. I can just say this casino is CAN'T AFFORD TO LOSE! We deposit cash they know how to collect & now they lose they don't know how to pay??? Even I asked them why not just return me back my deposit & they refuse also!!! Like this is it fair to me??? 😓😤

I think you should calm down for a sec. Once the casino has his doubts about your gameplay and asks the game provider to investigate, there is not much to do. So, I suggest we wait for the conclusion, although the Safety Index of this casino is already very low for my taste and I imagine it makes you really worried. These situations sadly require some time. 🙁 Hold on.
I hate to say it, but it seems the casino won't even refund the deposit unless the game provider says something to that.
