Nothing has changed, and I am beyond frustrated. All I want is to withdraw my money, it’s mine. I told them that the verification page says I’ve exceeded attempts (3) to upload documents, and it gives me no other way to verify, and no explanation as to why my documents weren’t accepted. I can’t find a phone number or any other way to contact them except their message system, which they never reply to! I currently have $1000 stuck in this game. Please tell me what I can do, I’m ready to claim fraud
I'm sorry that nothing has happened and I remember when we wrote to each other a few days ago you told me that it had been going on for over a week. We give casinos 14 days to resolve KYC and withdrawals so if nothing new has happened in that time and you still can't verify or withdraw, I suggest you file a complaint on this link.
I think that if the casino does not communicate and you do not know anything new and also you can not insert any documents, it is not pleasant. So our team will try to help you if the whole process has exceeded the mentioned time.

Finally got everything fixed! They made me able to submit my proof of residence again, and it was accepted, and now I’m 100% verified. I’ve played all day today, redeemed several times when I got ahead, and all my redemptions are already in my account! It was so frustrating getting to this point, but I’m glad I persevered, as now redemptions are quick. I love this casino because they’ve got what I like to play, and the graphics when you win are great.

have tried contacting them and was able to reach them once and was told they would forward my issue to the right team member and never heard back or got my money and haven’t been able to reach them again and I did my redemption Jan 20th, 2024 and when u verify you enter ur PayPal for them to send ur money to and I have received a email about my redemption the 20th as well but nothing since
