Fake games ? And guru has given it a very good rating..Jesus wept!! seriously, any casino found using FAKE games should instantly be given a bad rating..get your act together guru .

Update: we made a mistake here, I'm so grateful you found it out.

For now, we adjusted the rating to a "questionable" sort at least. As far as I understand, this is sort of a first step. I'll try to keep track of that.

Good work,,I always go to guru to find my casinos, but have seen this before, if they are prepared to use fake games, what else are they prepared to do ?,,and if I may add in my opinion any casinos that do not have proper gambling controls should never be rated higher then good but with a warning, ..but keep up the good work 👍

There are regular meetings about such topics, but I'm not personally part of that. But I can confirm we constantly aim to figure out which aspects can be evaluated automatically as a part of calculations and which don't. That's just a small detail, many other factors are regularly being discussed to ensure we can reflect the rating based on the true casino picture.

As goes for Adjarabet and responsible tools, it's not perfect:

I wasn't able to register, 'cause the registration process ask for a 4 digit code which should be send to your mobil phone, but it didn't arrive and online support didn't help with that.

Have you tried to contact the casino by email, as well, or just tried to fix that with the live chat agent? I reckon they should be able to fix the issue.
