I’d like to dissuss how I spent over £400 at this casino and they won’t process my withdrawal which I may ad was bonus free yesterday they said bet €139 euros to meet your wagering requirements I did and now they still won’t process and won’t answer scam bookmakers 5.6 is to kind I’d give them and Harrys casino both 0/10 fraudulent sites 100%%

You should use all possible ways of contacting them and then probably give them few days to reply to your email. It they stop communicating with you, then I believe it's the right time to submit a complaint. They may have no issues with paying out your winnings, but they might be just too busy for now.

Thing is mate after I deposited my non bonus straight deposited funds I only won £180 back they said you you need to bet €139 more to withdraw I did but because I won they said oh no you need to back another €159 of your money to withdraw so I did and won requested to withdraw again this morning they messaged saying guess what you have to do 5 x on every deposit you make 😆 seriously this is straight deposited funds they have now u turned that one as it’s completely ludicrous. They now saying I need to send Id well I’ve already sent passport photo about four times driving licence sky bill council tax bill Bank card front and back this is a very stressfull experience considering I just wanted to put a few bets on !!

Wow! That sounds crazy.
If you make a deposit on your own and ask them to withdraw it immediately, then I understand you need to wager it first, but if you're told by the casino that you need to make a deposit in order to withdraw, then they can't force you to play with the money!

Someone from the casino contacted me and started dealing with my case they withdrawal has now been sent for processing although it’s been sent back three times I’ll let you know if it goes through ok thanks

My withdrawal has been processed they said expect my money in seven days someone at the casino took it upon themselves to to sort the situation out although it was stressful at first I’ll let you know if I get the funds👍

The casino will be open if our team finds out for sure. But from what I've seen, it should be the same casino.
