This casino is a complete rip-off. I initially deposited €50 and played without a bonus. When I tried to withdraw €300, I was strung along for over 48 hours with a constant stream of new verifications. I uploaded a front and back photo of my ID, a selfie with my ID, proof of address with a bank statement, and proof of payment. None of that was enough. They made me wait for hours, then asked for a selfie with my ID in one hand and a piece of paper in the other hand that said "Hello amonbet" and the date. I uploaded that too, but it still wasn't enough. I was strung along for hours again, the money was canceled once more, and I was told to upload it again. They made me wait overnight to see that my withdrawal had been canceled again, only to then tell me I needed to upload yet another selfie, even though live support had repeatedly assured me everything was fine and I had nothing to worry about. I still haven't received my money and I'm definitely on their blacklist.

Ich hatte Ausweis Vorder Rückseite hochgeladen dazu Selfie mit Ausweis, adressnachweis mit Kontoauszug, zahlungsnachweis, das alles war nicht genug, sie ließen mich Stunden warten um dann ein Selfie mit Ausweis in der Hand und in der anderen Hand einen Zettel mit der Beschriftung: Hallo amonbet und das Datum... auch das habe ich hochgeladen, war auch nicht genug , ich wurde wieder Stunden hingehalten, Geld wurde erneut storniert und ich solle es erneut hochladen.. über Nacht ließen sie mich dann warten um zusehen das meine Auszahlung erneut storniert wurde um mir dann mitzuteilen das ich ja noch ein Selfie hochladen müsste nachdem der live Support mir mehrfach versicherte das alles passt und ich mir keine Sorgen machen muss. Geld bis jetzt nicht erhalten, definitiv Blacklist.

hi ive tried doing first withdrawl. they cancelled it and started verification process, sent copy of driving licence,proof of address,copy of bank card copy of statement showing deposit transaction , verified telephone number, and finally email address, Then told me to contact customer support tomorrow?

When it came to withdrawal, I tried to add another card due to losing my other, bank supplied me new card for same account, wouldn't let me add card, had to contact support, advised me to do bank transfer instead, which I did, it came off my casino balance but then cancelled, Then said I had to verify account, I've sent everything required even statement showing deposits made, drivers license, bank card, proof of address, proof of tele no. and email address, they keep moving goal posts, its like stalling tactics, they keep sending me messages asking me to make more deposits and to use my bonus though

Given the circumstances, I don't see why you should use bonuses or make larger deposits. Is it possible that bonuses are just ordinary promotions that you would receive anyway, and that deposits are a way for you to increase your withdrawal limits?

How did they manage that when they said that I could not withdraw my winnings due to card no. Change, They must have got my new card number off the photo I sent them, which they said wasn't enough proof to make the withdrawal
