A month ago i made a request for withdrawal the fund thru VISA Credit card. After 2days they replied me that your account to be verified, I sent all the information as per their email received. They have not informed about account verify or not. Then they told that choose other option this time we can not process your withdrawal request thru VISA Credit card. I put another withdrawal request on 3rd of October 2022 thru MASTER Card then they again said that Unfortunately, the bank issuer rejected the withdrawal to your card. For

quick withdrawal please provide your eZeeWallet details (email), we will

process your withdrawal quickly. How do they run this casino ???

maybe this payment option is blocked by the bank at the moment. I'd say that it's quite good that the casino suggests an alternative withdrawal option.

Casino suggested me that open EZEE WALLET account but this not possible for me. My 820 dollar hanging for long time, this is not good for casino's goodwill and me too. Kindly do something in favuor of me.

Something very strange happened there. They had technical issues for 2-3 days and site wasn't working. Now it works but to log you need to reset password and account is completely empty. Transaction history is empty. Any personal data information is empty. I didn't had any money there but had pending withdrawal. It wasn't processed and don't know what about it now.
