Yes account is fully verified tonight they have claimed they sent the funds without any proof supporting that they could not provide me with proof and to wait the 10 days if nothing then contact again . Yeah they refuse to send any transactions or proof , they took back what they said yesterday and said that 4000 AUD was sent . I can’t believe what they say because their story changes every day their live support say different things and when ever I’ve caught them out they apologise and change what they say . While you were playing you got free spins in the game from which you won such a high amount, but it is still related to the bonus. Just because you wagering the bonus and you got free spins from which you won does not mean that you won real money.
