Hello, they removed my balance and I have already submitted a complaint. I hope they will manage to process the payment.
The site I played on is Bankobet and they are not responding to any of my emails. Around $7,000 of my balance was deleted.
I won this money from live sports betting, mainly accumulator bets.
The reason they gave me was that I was allegedly connected via IP to someone who is banned from live betting. Honestly, I expected a more reasonable explanation because this one makes no sense at all.
I don’t even know anyone there, so who exactly am I supposed to be connected to?

On the other hand, they did say that the problem is the IP address associated with yours, right? Did they tell you anything else about it, or was that all they said? You also say you hope they’ll process your payment, but you mention they took your money, so do you have an active withdrawal request there or not?
