It is completely understandable that you feel frustrated if no one gives you any clear answer.

Have you checked all your documents if they're in the right format, though? Usually it is the PDF format casinos require.

Our complaint team has informed you that they will be able to intervene in your case only after the 14-day time period passes, so hopefully the casino will be able to fix everything before then. We'll keep an eye on your complaint, for sure.

I have submitted the correct documentation multiple times, using standard PDF files directly from my Revolut account. The documents are not the issue, as I have followed their guidelines meticulously.


Initially, I submitted the last 6 months of transactions, but BassBet asked for the last 2 months instead. I provided those as well, and both sets of documents were rejected. This is despite the fact that I know these documents are correct, as I’ve successfully used the same verification process with other operators.


It has now been 10 days since I requested the withdrawal, and I’ve tried verifying my account three times. However, I’ve received no feedback in the last 3 days. The lack of communication and continuous delays are becoming increasingly frustrating, and I’m still left in the dark regarding the status of my withdrawal.

What reason they gave you though for this rejection, I wonder? Especially if you use the same documents elsewhere.
