It wasn't easy but after almost 3 months, they issued the refund. Won't make the mistake of playing there again. Not a recommended casino.

account blocked for over a month now. did absolutely nothing to deserve it. i'm a vip 27 and it's impossible to reach any human support. close to 2000 cad in my account that i can't withdraw. far and away the biggest bunch of scammers in the casino business

But no casino should just block a player's account like that. Did they at least tell you why this happened?

"you submitted a report that you were hacked" . 100% false. recovery team ignores you. complained at askgamblers and casinomeister, ignored me there too. complained here and got "we don't do sportsbooks"
