Honestly, I feel that LCB has put me in this difficult position. BC.GAME keeps mentioning LCB’s name in different places, including BitcoinTalk, as if LCB confirmed something that it never actually said publicly. When I ask LCB why BC.GAME keeps using its name, I am told to complain on another platform instead of getting a clear answer.
I will send you screenshots showing exactly what LCB told me. I want you to understand why I am frustrated: BC.GAME keeps referring to LCB, but LCB is not clearly answering my question about why its name is being used this way.

For example, if LCB has no involvement in BC.Game’s decision to refer you there, they may not be able to explain why the casino did so. That’s something you would need to ask BC.Game directly.
I don’t know the circumstances behind that referral, and I can’t read the text in your second screenshot. If your question is whether LCB is BC.Game’s officially designated ADR provider, I don’t have confirmation of that. My understanding is that they offer independent complaint mediation, much like Casino Guru, which isn’t necessarily the same as acting as an official ADR provider.
Is this the case, maybe?
LCB only told me that, unfortunately, they could not help me and that I should try another complaint platform. They also said the casino’s decision was final and would not be changed. LCB never explained to me why BC.GAME keeps referring to them in other complaints, including on BitcoinTalk. That is exactly what I am trying to understand.
Well, that makes sense to me. I don’t want to keep going around the same question, but as I said, LCB may not be able to explain why someone else keeps referring you to them. The casino making that referral should explain it. That’s how I see it.
There may be a simple explanation. Many casinos also suggest that players escalate their complaints through Casino Guru, for example. That doesn’t necessarily mean there’s a direct relationship. It may simply mean the casino is willing to communicate with that organisation to help resolve or clarify the matter. That’s much like how our complaint process works.
Radka, I think you are misunderstanding my point.
I have repeatedly asked LCB why BC.GAME keeps mentioning LCB everywhere and claiming that LCB has resolved my complaint. However, instead of answering my question, LCB tells me not to raise the same topic again and advises me to go to another platform if I am dissatisfied with its service.
Meanwhile, BC.GAME remains silent when it comes to answering my questions, even though it responds to other people's complaints. However, when responding elsewhere, BC.GAME claims that LCB has already resolved my case.
So my question is simple: What exactly did LCB resolve? If LCB could not help me and advised me to approach another platform, how can BC.GAME present the matter as resolved by LCB?
I am not asking LCB to reopen my complaint. I am asking for clarification about why BC.GAME keeps using LCB's name to support its position while neither BC.GAME nor LCB gives me a clear answer to this specific question.
Please understand the distinction I am making.

Hello. I don’t think there’s a misunderstanding, but I honestly don’t understand why you keep asking LCB to explain something like this.
Your complaints with both us and LCB were rejected. So it’s possible the casino simply means that the complaint process has ended, even though the outcome wasn’t what you wanted. That may be what they mean by "resolved," dont you think?
From that perspective, I can understand why LCB might have nothing further to add. If you read through our conversation here on the CG forum, you’ll see we’ve also been going over the same points repeatedly. If the conversation with LCB followed a similar pattern, I’m not surprised they eventually asked you to stop repeating the question.
I understand that, from your perspective, the problem remains unresolved because you haven’t received the outcome you were hoping for. However, your complaint with us was rejected too, and our review of the case has ended. Disagreeing with that outcome does not mean the complaint is still active.Thats same for LCB.
I think this is where you keep getting stuck.
Radka, I think you are misunderstanding my point. I never asked LCB to reopen my complaint or give me another chance. I was simply asking why BC.GAME keeps mentioning LCB everywhere and claiming that LCB resolved my complaint. I only wanted an explanation for why BC.GAME keeps referring to LCB. That is all I was asking.
Yes, I understand that very well, and I think my responses addressed that specific point. The only difference is that I was also trying to help you understand why I believe the matter is clear, by providing the context and explanation. 🙂
Thank you, Radka. I only wanted to understand why BC.GAME keeps mentioning LCB everywhere. Anyway, let's leave that matter here.
I truly appreciate your support and the time you have spent helping me throughout this process. I am very grateful to you.
For now, my focus is on ADR. I am waiting to see what decision they make, although I have not received a reply from them yet. I hope they will review my case fairly.
Okay, let me try one last time, please. In my opinion, the casino keeps mentioning LCB because (both they and we) rejected your complaint, and the casino is using those outcomes to support its position that its decision was correct. Does that make more sense now? I truly think the answer is that simple.
Just as I’ve said many times before, I imagine the situation looks completely different from your perspective. And you really don’t have to keep thanking me. It’s okay. 🙂
You’re right, I would also focus on the official ADR service, though I think it’s fair to keep your expectations modest at best.
Radka, apart from ADR, is there any other organisation or platform that could help me with my case? If you could guide me or help me find another possible option, I would be truly grateful.
If there were no money in my account, perhaps I would not have pursued this matter for so long. But this is money I believe I am entitled to, and I cannot simply give up on it.
I am only 23 years old and still a student. I am not a wealthy person or a teacher, and my father is a farmer, not a government officer or someone influential. This money matters a great deal to my family.
I am not asking for special treatment. I am simply asking for a fair opportunity to pursue my case and recover the money I believe is rightfully mine. If there is any other legitimate way to seek help beyond ADR, your guidance would mean a lot to me.
Thank you for understanding.
To be completely honest with you, I don't think there is any way you can't contradict the casino's decision. Therefore, I really don't think it's fair to keep your hopes up and trying to find anyone who could possibly help you change that. The casino won't pay you the winnings. That's what I think. I understand the situation is very demanding, complicated and stressful. However, based on what you just described, I think it's really not wise to keep playing in online casinos. It's really not a way to gain money.
You believe the money is rightfully yours, but most of those who have reviewed your case, including through official channels, have reached a different conclusion. I know that’s hard to accept, but that’s honestly how I see it.
Radka, AskGamblers referred me to ADR and provided me with the ADR link. They told me to approach ADR because it could review both sides of the case and make a fair decision after considering the evidence.
Otherwise, why would AskGamblers direct me to ADR in the first place? I am now waiting for ADR to review my case. I believe it is fair to let them examine both sides and reach their own conclusion before assuming that there is no chance of a different outcome.
You know, I honestly can’t tell whether you’re interested in the answer or still holding on to that slim chance.
When we can’t help a player, what do you think we do? We suggest contacting the official ADR service. But that doesn’t mean we believe the ADR will decide in the player’s favour. It means there’s another route they can try, even if our own assessment supports the casino’s decision.
Of course, you’re free to believe what you think is right. I’d just hate to see you disappointed in the end. All I’m trying to say is that you should also be prepared for an outcome you’re not hoping for. That’s all.
