Hello. Friends, I want to share my bitter experience with this casino; I think it might be useful to others. I registered and deposited $270, but as soon as I won another $200, the casino closed my account without paying me. No explanation was given. Customer support no longer responds to me via chat or email. I've now opened a complaint, but so far there's been no response. Be careful.

Ugh, that's pretty unprofessional. If the casino doesn't give you a valid reason and just blocks you, I don't think that's right. When you made your deposit, did you take any bonuses or did you only play with real money? When you say that customer support is no longer responding to you, did you chat with them before?

I hope we can clarify the whole situation with a complaint

I played with my own money. I didn't use any bonuses. I played in the casino and bet. The support team ignores my chat messages as soon as they find out my username. They don't respond to emails at all.

Yes, I filed a complaint against this casino. But the casino is also ignoring your forum. The complaint has been closed as unresolved. I still haven't received my money back. Therefore, before playing at this casino, new users should be prepared to be scammed like I was. And the rating of such a casino can't be higher than zero!
