So the max you can withdraw is £335 but the minimum is £500. You’d need to have deposited £300 to get £500 I’m guessing. My maths could be way off though. It’s not my strong point 😂

£200 you need to deposit in total. So by my account you need to deposit another £65

So you need to deposit at least £200 before you can get even withdraw 500 and that’s if you’re even lucky to get to that figure.

08/10 I requested it that's the first response I've had, I'm just going to cut my losses I think I don't want to give them another penny of my money to potentially not get anything anyway

Got my withdrawal rejected yesterday
" We apologize for the delay in approving your withdrawal. We have reviewed your withdrawal request and unfortunately, we are unable to process it at this time as it does not meet one of our stated requirements. According to our policies, the maximum total amount that any one player may withdraw from his or her wallet cannot exceed 250% of the total amount deposited. T&C 9.11.2
Because the requested amount exceeds this limit, your withdrawal request has been rejected.

Please keep in mind that you still can file a complaint here with our team, and hopefully we'll get the casino to communicate with our complaint team.

Only this way can you all do something about the rating of the casino, because if the complaint is unresolved, the casino will get black points for it. So this way they hopefully start to communicate.

Gents,
Got paid finally 2 withdrawals but that's where it ends.
1st one after about 2-3 days. Second withdrawal after I have sent them screenshot that they are using fake license and threatened to shut them down through all various British agencies.
See attached as I have reported them to numerous agencies about bein scam.
Give up guys - I know it is painful. I had another 4k which I just blew for sake of playing as other withdrawals after first two would have never been approved even though it was pending from about 25 days ago all 4 k in 500. Deposited about 1k and got it back finally.

Just basically going down the route of forgery of their license from another Uk licensed company.
Also now that Serge has sent more proof of this, with email from them confirming their do not have a commission permit. That will be my next move sending screenshots with this.
