The commission took casino side which doesn't surprise me but they didn't send me any proof.

iv) you are involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to Your or third parties’ participation or you use any software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices for Your participation in any of the services provided by the Website.

 

Based on their review, it was determined that you had logged in from multiple IP addresses and upon completion of their investigation, the decision was made to confiscate your winnings.

 

Furthermore, we would like to remind you it is at Nalu Casino’s discretion whom they choose to interact with on their platform as per their Terms and Conditions:

 

12.11 Website reserves the right to close down existing accounts without explanation. In this event, or in the event of an account closure by a customer the full balance will be paid out unless any fraudulent (e.g. Arbitrage, etc.) behavior is suspected. In case of fraudulent behavior, winnings will be voided and deposits will be refunded after we deduct the corresponding administrative and transaction fees and any fees that Website is obliged to pay to the competent authorities due to a customer’s complaint. I do not see any proofs in these messages, they are just repeating the same like the casino.


So i want to open a complaint even though i will not receive my winnings, i want to see the proof they have. I know i am innocent and the proof could only be disguised by them

Weirdly, on the first email they left 50 euros on my account, now suddenly after it was open for 2 weeks, my account got closed.


I connected to their site using my computer and my phone, which both have a different connection provider but both connections are swiss and i didn't use vpn.


I played on ritz casino and bitspin365 casino that same night and i can ask those 2 casinos to confirm i didn't use vpn that night when i played on nalucasino.


I want to make a complaint so they send you the proof because i really want to see, and even they send you one, i still claim that I'm innocent, i never used vpn to play on a casino.

I'm afraid that if you want to open a complaint and our team finds out that the licensing authority has ruled in favour of the casino, there is nothing more that can be done. They are basically the highest and we are not going to change their decision. So the case would not be dealt with further by our team. 

If by some chance it does get further in this case (which it won't) when the casino provides some evidence, we can't just show it to the players. You would also probably get an explanation of what you violated and why it was decided the way it was. 

So like I said, you wouldn't get very far.

Hey hoping for some peace of mind, I stupidly didn't read any reviews regarding betfoxx and I am currently waiting for £5500 in several pending withdrawals. The 1st one has been pending since 27th November. What's my chances of getting money? My account is fully verified aswell.

Hi.

You’ll definitely get some of it, Just try to be patient, but keep chatting to support so they can push it through. I’ve been paid out £2k in total and received every withdrawal.

Also depends on how much you’ve deposited. Have T & C where you can’t withdraw more than 250% of your deposits.

I was very skeptical for along time with this casino and threaten them multiple occasions, but Its a new site and got some things wrong especially bonuses and no wagering requirements and had a massive influx of withdrawals, but let me just say there’s a lot worse out there right now and these from MY experience pay out.

So I've only deposited £410 in total so no way I'm getting all my withdrawals. Absolutely gutted! I don't want to just play it all. Could I deposit not play then request withdrawal

I just wait first, get your first two £500 withdrawals approved and then see what happens with your next ones, how I worked it out was for every £500 you’d need to have deposited £200. Try not to play any of it.

Yeah that’s an option to deposit, but I’m sure you will have to wager it once tho. But I wouldn’t do that just yet.

frankly its shocking and Hopefully them conditions have been removed.

Also I’ve deposited just £50 before and won £500 and received it within a week.

So the £250% of deposits might not be a thing now, since they’ve increased Their wagering requirements and reduce the bet stake on free spins etc..

I'm also wondering if cancelling a withdrawal is the same as depositing, because I've cancelled a couple and won more so been able to withdraw again and my cashback balance still goes up and that's without deposits only cancelling a withdrawal if you know what I mean.

If you cancel withdrawals, you can prolong the whole process as there will always be a new waiting period when you make a new withdrawal. Try not to gamble with money and let the withdrawal go through and everything will be fine. If it does, then you can decide if it will still be good to play at this casino.

That's pretty good news. What you were told has been said by many players before you, so it's not surprising. But when you get the money gradually it's probably the most important. How many withdrawals are you waiting for and what payment method have you chosen?

I have 8 pending in total for 4k and withdrawing via debit card. I hate how can only get it in dribs and drabs and weeks after when other online casinos do it within a day without the strict limits.

I got fully verified as soon as 8 opened an account with them as I just got it done, but they sent me an email on Saturday afternoon saying I needed to send another picture of my debit card even though I already had, so spoke to live chat and sent another through them. It took 2 weeks from requesting my 1st withdrawal to recieving it on Saturday tea time. But no idea when il get the others, they say up to 15 working days which is ridiculous to wait 3 weeks for money you've won right?

I spoke to them about my concerns of them not paying out and they just sent an email back reassuring me I will receive my funds they are really busy with a backlog. Fingers crossed will receive it soon. This Saturday is 3 weeks for two of my withdrawals that are pending.
