The player is welcome to reach out in the future, should they wish to reopen this complaint. We can appropriately reclassify it upon submission of substantiating evidence of the Authority's (ARN) verdict. Until then, we appreciate your understanding."
But don't worry, you can reopen the case at any time by choosing "reopen".

Hello, you wouldn't have been able to withdraw the money during this process anyway, so it's not really that important that they blocked your withdrawals.
I suppose once you pass KYC successfully, then that will change.
But when you sent the documents, did you manage to find out if any were approved or rejected or not at all? We give casinos 14 days to verify a player and I see that you have been waiting for a week, so if nothing happens in this week, then you can file a complaint and we will try to help you.

I'm on their chat almost everyday but they are not helpful at all
Apparently sending bank statements in pdf file for 3 months back
Selfie with passport.passport copies and bills is not enough
They demanded I use their partner Kreditz to log in to my bank and collect my entire bank statement history using Bankid software
This is where I draw my line I have politely declined as I don't see any relevance and I don't think Betinia should have access to such sensitive information. As it's irrelevant for my withdrawals
I'm not excepting them to ever pay me but if you can help me I would really appreciate it

Anyway, our team will try to advise you whether to continue or not and whether this is a normal thing. I know that most casinos are happy with a 3 month old bank statement, but if they want quite a bit more and you still can't get through to them, it's best if we leave it to our experts.
