They are not answering me on e-mails either.

I guess if they have plans to solve it they will answer. If they don't they will not answer you.
Well, I hope that they will communicate with our complaint team when the time comes.
Otherwise, without them, we won't be able to solve the complaint, and they will get black points, which will negatively impact their safety index.
