Who regulates this casino? What kind of guidelines forces casinos to open accounts from users that self excluded? That's doesn't make any remote sense
I also agree that the explanation sounds very strange to me, kind of vague and off-topic, to be honest.
Do you still possess any confirmation declaring you were successfully self-excluded in the past? If you do, I would send it as a reply to this "announcement" asking for the specific rules and regulations to be named and the situation fully explained.

UPDATE: I had to ask the Data Team because this is a highly unusual "explanation" - the response was quick and pretty straightforward!

I have got the same e-mail even thou I asked for a permanent closure because of my addiction. I lost 80 euro because of that. I have asked for a refund, bud they deny. I have tried to ask them how they think they can do so, but they refuse to answer. Try to visit their Livechat... do you speak about this mail they will ignorre every further messages. They are really the most scummy casino I have ever seen and should be blacklisted everywhere.

Then I fear my response will be quite similar. Submit the complaint, please. Give others a chance to be warned and also possibly save others the nerves. I know it must be challenging, still, the complaint serves multiple purposes, all of which are beneficial.

I'm sorry, we can't do that like you suggested. I do not handle complaints, and more importantly, such a situation can't be addressed by email exclusively.
But I believe it is possible to set all your posts in the complaint thread, which is kept separate from the forum, as sensitive. That would mean no one, aside from the person handling your complaint and the rest of the team, could see what you wrote to us.
