I played games and got free spins then I played them I won a sum of money and the game just crashes. Then I try again and my money just disappears! I didn't get what I won! This happened 2 times. 1- 48.42€ the next win was 168.44€. I write to support, send photos everything they ask for. Then they just say wait for an answer or is everything okay what I submitted.. they ask if I'm the only one playing with my account? Wtfk what are these questions refund the money! and then they say wait for an answer :D and suddenly my money is gone!:D I'm not talking I didn't even try to withdraw it… I would refund the money to her and I would like to withdraw it I think there would be a lot of problems! They have stole 2000 euros. 5 days is withdrawal limit, they decided to move the limit up an review my account.
After 10 days they said my account is closed because "I was breaking" terms and conditions, which none of them is true ! NEVER USED VPN AND I AM ONLY ONE ON THIS ACCOUNT; NO SECOND ACCOUNT. It is obvious this is their patter when they dont want to withdrawal your money, they think things up and say this. FRAUD I have never been frustrated this much, HOW CAN THEY STILL OPERATE ??

Max withdrawal is 7500 and take 5 business day and week end don't count so you are at 7 days basically if you are lucky. Don't think you will get your withdraw without going to the chat. Then for the second withdraw they will say oh its maximum 1 withdraw per 7 days and then they will add days so you are at 10 days and still not processed. On the chat they will say escalated to the finance Dept. Scammm website don't lose your money.

Unbearable service and endless false promises BetPlays !

I have been using the services of BetPlays.com for several months, and my experience is extremely disappointing. The customer support is absolutely ineffective: they either do not respond to my numerous requests or provide standard, templated responses.

Firstly, the site works incorrectly, and I cannot participate in the promotions that are advertised via email regularly. The registration button on the site simply does not work. They cannot and do not want to resolve this issue for three months.

Secondly, the CEG seal periodically disappears from their site, which makes me doubt the company's honesty. Because of this, I cannot file a complaint. Such concealment of information causes serious problems.

Moreover, I have been waiting for answers to my questions for more than three months. Support operators like Dino and David constantly ask me every day to provide information about the problem as if they have Alzheimer's disease and assure me that they immediately pass the information to some secret department, with which I cannot contact, and do not provide specific deadlines for solving the problem. And so on day after day for three months.

Worst site o have ever been on, i think it is actually inpossible to withdraw from, super scammy, i deposited $30 with a promo for a $50 bonus and hade to wager something like $700 dollars to be able to withdraw, by some miracle i was able to win enough money to withdraw $400 after trying a few weeks to withdraw i gave up and decided to send my money down the drain, i tried again to withdraw $100 through crypto, immediately my account was verified but they wont accept my crypto transaction, and my minimum transferable bank transfer changed to $300…… interesting, i continue to try and take my money out via crypto and it keeps getting rejected, no reasoning why, no contact back from customer support, terrible site, terrible service, super scammy

I was scammed on this site. And I can prove it.

Be very careful with this fraudulent company. They just stole my funds and don't respond to emails. They're claiming that I violated the terms and conditions. Which is completely false.

When I started playing on this site I was warned via email that I already had an account open and that this wasn't allowed. The account wasn't mine and for that reason I agreed it should be closed. In that day I responded that email requesting, confirming and agreeing that the other account should be closed immediately because I don't have any relation with them.

That same day that account was closed and they never bothered me about it again. But when I went to withdraw funds for the first time problems began. They simply rejected the withdrawal and stole my funds claiming that I have violated the terms and conditions.


I have as proof the emails I exchanged with them in the first day when I opened the account and started playing on. This email shows that I am telling the truth.

AVOID!

I played at the casino for a few days, mainly sports.

1. Unfair practices
When I was up a few hundret Euros they banned me from single bets "as per company decision". They never told me why, but the idea is clear:
a. Player can use the casino (where we all lose)
b. Player has to take higher risks, ie multi bets to play

So I used multi bets and lost a fair amount to end up in minus again. I then paid out the rest...

2. Illega offering?!
Also I read here at casinoguru that they do not accept players from Germany. So I asked them and they said: "This must be some mistake because we accept customers from Germany, please excuse us for this misunderstanding. Now I found out that is is indeed a big problem as they do not have a license for the German market! So they are illegal.

3. Never received any bonus
It says "50% bonus for your deposits with your bank account." - I never received any bonus. The bonus site was always empty. I asked them and they told me I had a welcome bonus and a 2nd deposit bonus. They told me after they banned me from single bets and that I lose them if I pay out the rest of my money. As they banned me from single bets I was not interested to lose the rest of my money too.

So overall: I think pretty unfair. Clearly, if you are willing to lose all your money you can play here. But banning someone from single bets just after a few Euros up clearly shows the intention of the bookmaker: Winners are not welcome!

AVOID!

I took advantage of their $500 deposit match bonus to which I agreed to the terms of have to roll it over 10x meaning I had to risk $5000 to earn the deposit bonus. Steep but I agreed. Within 3 days I had risked $1000 with some small gains, I was at $640 total in my account. When I went to place another single bet I was locked out of making bets. I went to make a parlay and the maximum I was allowed to risk was $27. I asked customer service about this and they told me their "sports team" had reviewed my account and decided to put a lock on it.
I asked for further explanation which they provided none, so I am led to believe that because I was successfully on my way to achieving their offer they put a stranglehold on my account.
I am now still in the process of trying to withdraw my funds which has been met with constant delay!

TLDR; The bonuses are a scam they have no intention of honoring them. STAY AWAY!
