the example of the complaint you showed is ridiculous, the casino returned the player 45e of the deposit, the player did not receive the winnings only some funny few pennies that he deposited earlier, what is this supposed to prove? certainly not about the honesty of betplays, look at hundreds of thousands of confiscated winnings from hunder of players.

Jeg burde have undersøgt BetPlays bedre, heldigvis var min indbetaling ikke så høj, og jeg er ikke en fast spiller der. Jeg valgte 500% bonussen. Jeg tog imod bonussen i god tro, og det tog mig 4 dage at spille, altid i overensstemmelse med vilkårene. Jeg vidste, hvad den maksimale indsats var, fordi jeg havde set vilkårene før, men de har ingen pop-up-advarsler, og muligheden for at købe bonussen er altid tilgængelig. Det er en rigtig fælde, som jeg formåede at undslippe, men de arrangerede stadig 3 spins midt i 1250 sider med indsatser for at konfiskere gevinsterne. 😂

Dear tyraxx, read the thread once more - I didn't show the complaint as some sort of proof, like you brilliantly suggested. One player asked another about the result, so I just sent him the appropriate link, because the other guy has not been here for quite some time. Kindly stop imagining things and start looking for another forum.

Hello, as you can see the topic regarding sports betting and hard feelings is still very live. 🙁

In any case, I gave your complaint a look, and the way I see it, casino rules do not specifically describe bonus buys as a way of crossing the max bet rule. More importantly, based on the timeline, even my colleagues did not see signs of unfair behavior on your side. I'm also not convinced you gain any kind of advantage; if I'm not mistaken, all the problematic rounds were not winning rounds at all.

I just hope the casino management will be ready to accept our suggestion. As Tomas mentioned, far too many companies still prefer to stick with the industry standards without considering the context much... Well, let's see!

If I may be honest with you, the trickiest part lies ahead now. Despite our strong and fair arguments, finding a mutually agreeable solution with casinos is not always easy. Tomas, however, is a very skilled resolver, and he always does his best.

if you look at their positive reviews here and trustpilot, absolutely all of them are written the same way, really see that they are fake.

and I 100% understand that if there are no proven unresolved complaints etc, Casino.Guru has no grounds to lower the ranking of this casino, perhaps if you were also involved in sports betting, the situation would be different.

You described it quite well in some passages and especially in the last one. If we were dealing with sports betting, the Safety Index would certainly change such cases. Maybe one day this will happen and we will have a branch for sports betting as well. Unfortunately, we don't have one yet and therefore it won't be possible. 

As far as user reviews are concerned, we always try to pay attention to what we are reviewing and when a pattern appears, we deal with it. 

I'm sorry that similar problems have arisen, but if I once had an opinion that a casino is not honest about sports betting, I would not play there anymore.

Jeg ville bare stille et lille spørgsmål. Er det normalt, at et casino tager så mange dage om at indsende noget så grundlæggende som spilhistorikken, især når de kun har denne klage åben?

Interessant nok tog det dem kun 4 dage at træffe beslutningen, da det kom til at konfiskere gevinster. Lad os håbe, at den samme forpligtelse gælder nu for at løse situationen retfærdigt.
