After 90 hours I was finally verified, although it was strange at first. I registered with the correct information, but they changed my date of birth, but I was still verified and I thought I could cash out, but it keeps getting canceled and when I ask the reason in the chat, they ask me to send an email for the answer, but they never send anything back. On Monday I had already sent an email, it is now Friday, no response. If they keep rejecting your withdrawal without giving you a reason and tell you to write to an email to which they don't reply, then definitely let them know and then I will probably recommend you to open a complaint.
