BillyBets Casino – generel debat (side 7)

Hi all,

Just an update seeing as the time has passed for the complaint to be processed.

It has now been 14 days since my original withdrawals back to my card were cancelled and 12 days since the 2nd set of withdrawals (€3000) to my bank account via revolut are still stuck in pending with no movement.

I’ve tried to work endlessly to get clear answers from Billy Bets via live chat and support email who keep telling me that it’s been escalated to the financial department and to it’ll come soon (some agents even saying that it would be processed the next day, a few days ago) which it still hasn’t been.

Same generic answers and I feel like they’re just holding onto my money at this stage with the hope I cancel or lose it.

I have documented every chat from support, my payment statuses and gameplay with screenshots for the past two weeks.

I really need this sorted now, it’s unfair that everyday I’m waking up with the hope that my withdrawals will come through as I’ve played fairly and feel that I’m not being treated with the same retrospective.

I suppose not to mention too that this is just part of my winnings €3000 that has been stuck while there’s €10,000 still just sitting in the account and has me worried that I’ll never see the money.

I’m asking for all the help I can get now to help me get my winnings fairly.

Thank you for sharing your situation. I can see that it’s not exactly a pleasant one, and I also see that you’ve already opened a complaint, which I think is probably the most important thing in your case, as our team is already looking into it.

For now, you’ll have to wait. We generally give casinos up to 14 days to resolve this kind of withdrawal issue. If the casino is simply telling you that there is a delay and that you need to wait, that can often feel like an insufficient explanation for players.

Of course, if the casino doesn’t need anything from you, you won your money fairly, and there are no additional checks or issues they need to resolve, then it may simply be a matter of time before you receive your money. It’s possible that the casino is intentionally delaying the withdrawal in the hope that you’ll eventually lose the money, but whatever you do, I definitely wouldn’t play with it again. I’m sure you’re thinking along the same lines, because if you lose the money, there may be nothing we can do to help you afterwards.

I think it’s a significant amount of money that you managed to win, and I really hope you receive it as soon as possible. I can’t promise you that with 100% certainty, though. At this point, we’ll at least have to wait until our team contacts the casino and see how they respond and handle the situation.

I’ve replied to the complaint but it seems my messages are stuck on "waiting for approval" on the website?

I hope they get received.

All I’m asking for is to be treated fairly and have my winnings paid out, I’m happy to play on a casino site once I feel protected and treated fairly but this has dragged on too long without a clear answer, dates or clarity and many a promise that’s not received.

I couldn’t appreciate your help more.

You don’t need to worry that our team won’t look into your complaint. You can always see the timer in the top right corner, which shows how much time each side has to respond. So you should receive another response regarding what you’ve posted there once our team gets to it.
