I always find this very strange when players get paid some part of their winnings and then they get banned for some reason. You either did something bad and you shouldn't be paid at all or you did nothing wrong and then they should pay you everything you won. (if there weren't any win limits applied)

Hello, I am very sorry and understand your frustration. You say it is concerning many players since December and also you mentioned you are used to play in this casino for long time with verification two years ago. If you haven't experienced previous problems in the past I wonder they would suddenly act unfairly. There might be many reasons why it is happening especially in this busy Christmas month and casino can be facing some inconveniences now (btw casino has a good reputation and 18 solved cases as you can see yourself). I agree that you have a reason to be angry now because of cutting you off what should not normally happen but please stay patient for now.
