Yes, I can confirm the payment. But it still took 3,5 times more than the terms allows for maximum time. As you said it is standard procedure so maybe you should correct your terms to be more precise.

All this hate is mad suspicious. My experience has been smooth from day one. Their live chat fixed a small withdrawal hiccup for me in minutes. Imo scammers don't do that. Y'all are just salty after a bad run.

Just because you and other players didn't have any problems doesn't mean that other players can't have them. So I would avoid comments such as "the others are being salty." Not everyone has to have a good experience.
