Here comes a long one with my experience with SlotoCash. Over a year ago I signed up for where I registered for Sloto Cash slots. It took me almost 20×20 and tries for them to approve my registration(may I add right there with my first time never thought anything about it) over the course of the year I ended up with $2500 on a $50 deposit. I spent four hours straight through on Thursday with them giving me every excuse possible trying to tell me how to withdraw all my winnings. They told me I had to go through the cashier, I had no access to the cashier. They told me I had to go to withdrawal first before the cashier there was no withdraw then once I was able to get to the withdrawal there was no submit button to withdraw my money. I got blocked by them, they would not I could not chat with them. I could not send them emails. I could not send them anything. Two days later. I get an email stating we suggest you check the status of your winnings on the website. So I did assuming that they were drew that money were ready to send it to me because there was only the $50 left that I had played. Was I wrong day later I got an email stating that my withdrawal was denied because I played off of a promotion. Four hours one day trying to get it one hour the next day five hours and all take it away from my time and my family which my husband has terminal cancer and we were praying that this money would come through so we could help out pocket cost me I had asked him for the transcripts and they said they cannot provide them to me. The way I look at this $2500 is my money regardless of what I put down. I saw nothing in their terms and conditions it said you could not withdraw your winnings on a promotion. Isn’t that why they have promotions to get you to play? Has anybody out there ever got a lawyer reported them to the FBI fraud department scam department anything like that? I am bound to determine to get my money back so if anybody can help me out here it’s upsetting. It makes me angry and they did not value my time as a customer , I have never ever been to back-and-forth with so many different people on a chat 17 to be exact each time I had to re-say what was the problem was and then each time they had an excuse where they finally said to me that my password was incorrect. That was impossible because I had saved my password and I had just check my account before I went to chat , anyone out there can help me
