Thank you for being so kind & supportive, truly. ☺️ I did withdraw via my Bitcoin wallet. I'd say I had my funds within 2.5 to 3 hours max from the actual time of my withdrawal request. I was either in a little queue and/or there was a lot of crypto moving at that time (the latter is my understanding but I'm not a crypto pro). Please let me know if I left anything out! 🙂

For anybody reading my info from here, this is about my successful withdrawal! Please keep in mind that I cashed out after Brango support had confirmed my submitted identity verification and I made a $10 "verification deposit" via Bitcoin. All of this took about 4 days after I won the $50 max on free spins @ Casino Brango. Their live support staff were excellent imo.

Thank you, Jaro! Yes, I will continue to play at Casino Brango. I don't want to assume anything (& make an a$$ of myself, as the saying goes lol), but I would think the process of future withdrawals *should* be much faster since Casino Brango has verified my identity, etc.

However, I recently assumed the same of Lucky Legends--which I was very impressed with despite many negative reviews. . . only to find out that the initial withdrawal request is processed instantly with Lucky Legends. On subsequent withdrawals, LL takes a minimum of 7-10 business days just to *approve*your withdrawal request! I find this ridiculous because they certainly did process my deposit instantly lol. 🙃😔 But I digress....this section is for info about Casino Brango. Hello, since you have filed a complaint I have helped myself a bit and I see that the main problem is in the withdrawal of the money that has not arrived to you. 

However, could you explain what the specific problem is and what the casino told you why you don't have the funds ? Your account is already verified here ? How long exactly have you been waiting please ?

On July 17, 2026, Casino Brango sent an exclusive promotional email for code BACK100BR that explicitly stated:

- "⚡ No Rules — Pure play, no extra steps, no hidden catches."

- "💰 No Withdrawal Cap — Every dollar you win is yours. No ceiling, no limit."

Promising "NO RULES" and "NO HIDDEN CATCHES" directly satisfies the condition of "specifically stating otherwise."

3. Deceptive Interpretation:

The casino is attempting to enforce a hidden restriction by claiming that "specifically stated otherwise" requires hyper-specific wording not outlined in their own T&Cs, despite sending an ad promising "no hidden catches."

4. Software Enforcement & Settlement Attempt:

- The casino's cashier system validated the promo code and allowed bets without software restrictions or warnings.

- Brango offered a $100 token if I reduced my balance below $1, which I explicitly rejected. My initial deposit balance remains untouched in my account.

Sorry ai prepared it. They offered me a 100 chip to replace the 4500 they confiscated. My problem is there coupon they emailed me States no limits on it and there terms State unless specifically states otherwise and the email satisfies that they should of never taken my winnings
