Greetings, I'm sorry you're waiting and don't know what to do next. Anyway, my question is, did the casino tell you why they rejected your withdrawals? Did you have to verify yourself and send documents or not? 

As for Pix and your question, from what I've seen, it shouldn't be the same. Is there a problem and you can't provide what they are asking for?

Hej alle sammen, jeg har spillet der i over et år og har aldrig haft problemer før. Denne gang hævede jeg €1500 og har ventet i 7 dage på at få det behandlet, hvor det normalt tager maksimalt 3 dage. Jeg er meget skuffet og ville advare andre; der er helt sikkert noget galt med dette casino!
