Hmm, based on what I've checked and observed from complaint cases, when a player makes a deposit, their balance includes both the actual balance and the bonus, which is then converted into a bonus balance, right? For example, if you deposit $1000 USD and receive another $1000 USD as a bonus, this amount becomes $2000 in bonus funds and is subject to the casino's terms, which state the maximum withdrawal is 5 times the bonus. So, does that mean it's 5 times $2000 USD or 5 times $1000 USD? I'm quite confused.

Thank you, I have asked and received an answer already. However, their response contradicts what they wrote in their own terms and conditions (the wagering requirements apply to the total of the deposit and the bonus, but the maximum withdrawal condition does not). They're a rip-off; they just want to keep your money. I made a deposit and went to place a sports bet, but it wouldn't let me. The bet slip said I had to bet on four options, not a normal single-selection bet. So I decided to play my balance at the casino. I won a little, then lost it. I decided to withdraw my remaining balance, considering I bet the entire deposit amount.
