I wonder whether the casino responded because of your complaint; I bet they received a notification.

EVERY DAY I AM TOLD THE SAME EXCUSE: THAT THEY ARE BUSY, THAT MY CASE HAS BEEN GIVEN PRIORITY, AND THAT IT WILL BE FIXED TODAY. NOW NINE DAYS LATER, STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AND MY MONEY IS STILL NOT IN MY ACCOUNT.
This must be really frustrating for you. Try to stay a bit patient still, and hopefully they will do as they say. If your account is already fully verified, hopefully they will also send your money soon.

I have 3 withdrawals in pending since 28.04.2025 and none of them was honoured so far . How much time do I have to wait before fill a complaint in order to receive my money ? I have to mention that I already contacted them via live chat and phone and they said they will treat this as matter of urgency which obviously it didn’t happened. Its quite curious how when you make a deposit everything runs so smoothly but when you are asking for withdrawal it takes ages …
Hello, we give casinos 14 days to pay out the player, and if the casino fails to do so, then we try to help the player. So I’d file a complaint somewhere if you’ve been waiting for about 12 days.
