My account is available to play, i can bet on sports, play slots and use everything on the site. I was asked for full verification with a notarized passport, tax returns and so on, i think that everyone who has faced know the whole list of documents, i sent them all on November 3. Since then there is no answer on verification, withdrawal of funds is not processed since October 29, they do not answer anywhere except on forums, in live chat they refer to the financial department and that's it:).


As for my professionalism and what the casino constantly writes about, from my point of view a professional player can be considered a person when he uses any schemes or strategies, whether it is forks, late bet or value bets, but i just made standard bets, and a lot of losing. So i think the casino's judgments are not justified.

Honestly I don't know what I'm waiting for anymore, lol. Verification lasts 21 days, on the uploaded documents on the e-mail do not answer and do not give specifics, 1200$ on withdrawal for almost a month. It's a scam casino, it's already clear with them. They are waiting for me to come in and lose all the money, the standard scheme, well, or they just zero out all the winnings and give my initial deposit.

As I expected, the casino will just zero out the total balance and close my account, due to my allegedly violated rules (although it is not true and I did not violate anything) and sports betting, while paying out just my deposit and that's it.


Here is the casino's response:

This decision was made following a flag from our sportsbook provider, who identified a professional style of play, which violates our rules.

The winnings you claimed from slot games were actually generated from a balance collected from a sports book ticket.
