Jeg skriver denne anmeldelse med et tungt hjerte, fordi jeg gav dette casino en høj vurdering tilbage i maj. Tingene har ændret sig dramatisk til det værre.

When I requested a payout, it was fast, within 24 hours. If I contacted customer support immediately and asked for an expedited payout, it would be processed within an hour. Sounds ideal, right? That's why I gave them a positive rating the first time and was basically their walking advertisement.
However... Things changed.
My account gradually went from a loss to a profit, and for the past few months, it's been consistently in the positive. A few times, my bet on roulette was simply "rejected" due to "technical issues," but those were minor things. The real issue arose with payouts. As a VIP player, I no longer received the same treatment. They BLOCKED me on Telegram/WhatsApp, and whenever I asked customer support when I could expect my money, I was met with delays or excuses, transferring the problem to the "finance department," saying that as customer support, they couldn’t do anything. Quite the opposite of how things started, right?! This is a very unfair casino; I've been waiting a month for my payout, and they keep stalling. This casino definitely has TWO FACES: one for players when they’re losing, and another for players when they’re winning.
