Oh, I get it. So, obviously it is closed for the casino. For some reason the security check was not passed and you have no clue why. It must feel very unfair. Did you think about submitting a complaint through our website? As far as I can tell, someone should ask the casino for details and the complaint is just the right occasion.

They don't care at all. A member of their customer support team told me in their Telegram group, 'Who cares about this rating? We're still getting plenty of new players.' This is clearly a scam platform
