At first I was intrigued by your casino but after a bit of research I have come to the conclusion you are quite the unscrupulous lot and I can only hope people will think twice about signing up with you.

First, there is your match bonus which isn't really a match bonus. The usual, widespread deal is, say, "Deposit 100, play with 200". This is a match bonus. You offer: "Deposit 100, play with 100" and only if the player - against all odds - manages to rollover this sum no less than 35 times, he'll get another 100 for his troubles.

Secondly - and very alarmingly - there is your interaction in this discussion here with a confessed gambling addict whose account you initially closed on his request. You have the audacity to state you "follow responsible gambling" when you actually reopened his account after he came to you begging for it. Have you no shame? Have you no insight into an addict's mind? Or did you think he was cured over night? It is sickening to read how blatantly you try to make it appear as it's his fault the account was reopened, when it most likely was a coldly calculated action on your side.

Finally, you confiscate a significant sum of sports betting winnings from a player due to the very thin reasoning of him betting on "shifting lines". In other words, you penalize him for trying to make valuable bets which is what anyone half informed should or tries to do. This doesn't make him a professional gambler or an immediate threat to your business. And if he was, you pay him and you close his account. You don't steal his money.
