Complete identity scam and a money grab, BE AWARE that what ever you deposit you must spend before cashing out (without any bonuses) I had to upload about a dozen documents while holding them to my face. After a lot of hassle I just said I will take my money back out,,,NO they said, you must bet it all before cashing out, What a fucking joke.

I imagine it feels like a scam to many, but on the other hand, it is quite a common rule. You know casinos are not banks, so you can't just make up your mind and withdraw deposited money without playing in the casino.

Your attitude makes me feel like you have never read the terms and conditions, though you willingly created the account. That may cause another unanticipated surprise in the future.

Maybe you can tell us more about the verification you tried to pass. As far as I understand, you didn't like that pretty much either.

Why you avoid go trough it? i have passed at two different casino in this network when won a lot. it takes about 7-10 minutes, just answered few questions about my gaming activities. I eaver used a single bonuses. I hate playing with bonuses. I have ony one accocunt what was verified at the very beginning and the highest VIP level. I was vwrified by selfie and every possible ways and the verification was confiremd months ago. They declined my withdrawals 3 times with different reasons and finally wanted to make Video call. I will never do such thing ! Nobody can ask such things once a verification was confirmed.

Well not anymroe. I wrote their complaint team as well days ago. I never received an answer.

I initiated chargeback to all of my deposits , what is a lot more then I lost. I never did such thing, but if they want to scam me I have no choice.

Although I hate to disagree, the casino actually has the right to request that you forego the video call even though your verification was previously successful. Because it is their responsibility to be 100% sure. I completely understand that in these situations it seems like a waste of time, but what would the casino think if you declined to pass it? They may think you have something to hide, so their decision to check you out further was correct.

Hello and congratulations. According to our review, the casino is legitimate. Did the casino tell you why it wants a deposit of $80? If it's for verification purposes, that should be fine, but most casinos only ask for a minimum amount, which doesn't seem like $80 to me.
