You see, perhaps the problem lies in the expectations. We are not lawyers, which means that I or my colleagues do not approach the withdrawal from some legal standpoint. We adhere to the Fair Gambling Codex instead. The way I see the situation, you willingly deposited in a casino with a low safety index, and now you are saying that the withdrawals are not proceeding as expected. Well, it makes sense, because the casino is not very trustworthy, at least now, based on its review:

Your complaint, if we focus on facts, progressed to the point where you were advised to use one of the alternative payment options available to you. I understand you have a preferred payment option for the withdrawal, but it does not appear to be available anymore. However, this does not necessarily imply that the casino is unwilling to pay you. It appears that you prefer not to use a different option.

What I'm gathering from the complaint specialist's latest response is that this casino will face NO consequences for intentionally withholding my funds. Let me be absolutely clear about what's happening here:

The casino is UNWILLING to pay me directly.

They are doing this indirectly by ONLY enabling P2P (peer-to-peer) withdrawal options. This means my withdrawal depends entirely on OTHER players depositing money. the casino pays me nothing from their own funds.

This is not a legitimate withdrawal option. This is them gaming the system.

They want YOU to believe they're offering me a way to withdraw, when in reality:

  • Nobody uses P2P
  • Withdrawing thousands of dollars through this method could take MORE THAN A YEAR if I'm lucky
  • This "option" is functionally useless

If you're going to close my complaint, it should be resolved IN MY FAVOR, not in favor of this shady casino that is clearly acting in bad faith. That's all I'm asking.

I understand why you feel this situation is unfair and frustrating. That feeling is completely valid.

However, feeling that something is unfair is not the same as a complaint being officially resolved in your favor.

The purpose of a complaint is not to decide who is right emotionally or to punish the casino. Its only role is to check whether the casino is actually refusing to pay or breaking its rules.

In this case, the casino is offering a way to withdraw your funds. It may be slow, inconvenient, or not the option you want, but it still counts as a withdrawal option.

So two things can be true at the same time:

  • You can be unhappy with the situation.
  • The complaint can still not be resolved in your favor, because a withdrawal option exists.

That is the difference between acknowledging your frustration and resolving a complaint.

nvm you don't understand just close my complaint and let the casino get away stealing my money, for anyone who can read this just don't use this casino cause they are not going to let you withdraw your winning and casino guru think this is just you being "emotional"
