My account is jhall80 (#939409).Made deposits of more than $2800 since November. Constantly lost there, so there were no problems. Sometimes I withdrew $100-200 of winnings my balance became $2500. Arguing that the restriction applies to my region (Canada). This is a scam since other players from my region can withdraw using this method. They left the option to pay via PayPal, which does not pay.

According to the EGB Terms & Conditions, which you agreed to upon registration, we may set limits on available withdrawal methods and maximum and minimum withdrawal limits depending on the withdrawal method or for individual users (Section 7). The withdrawal methods available to you can be found by visiting the Cash Out section of your account.

played abit there checked out withdrawal page it said "cashout unavailable, contact [email protected]". Did that. told me to do all sorts of KYC, sent them all. they told me they forwarded it so security and now no reply since 3 weeks. Sent follow up mails that remained ignored. Support useless.
