Very true I did make that mistake but how are these casinos allowed to do this and how does this site and trusted pilot have positive scores for crooks it's amazing where has unfair or logical terms and conditions that are there for one reason to not pay you allowed
Maybe you should write a negative opinion on Trustpilot. This casino doesn't care about its reputation on Guru. There was a user who asked for an improvement in Trustpilot's review for withdrawal conditions. Trustpilot's rating may be the last bastion for this casino.
So I just got screwed over at elegant spins I deposited $50 then $25 then $23 no bonus attached to any of them and got up over a $100 decide to switch it up and this is off the $23 deposit and played the dice game lost $20+ went back to slots and hit big $1500 I cashed out $1407 and got denied saying I broke terms and conditions playing a table game ! And was told can only win 2x the deposit when playing table games are you kidding me ? First I lost playing that 2nd it's a clean deposit 3rd why have table games if u can only win 2x deposit and if this is true why did they take the $1407 and put $50 on my account ? Winning 2x for one would be 46+23 $69 but to them it's $23 and $23 which is $46 not $50! So why the extra $4 and they can't show me these terms and can anyone make it make sense ? What just happened I have lost thousands upon thousands and Everytime I win I get some bullshit happen how are those still online why is it allowed
Hello, in my opinion, there are two problems with this situation, and neither of them is good. Many risky casinos believe that they are welcome to restrict winnings from pure deposits without using any form of bonus, and that is stated in their terms. We see that as unfair behavior, of course. However, there is no one who could restrict that from happening.
Secondly, if this is not the case, the casino should explain based on what rule or bonus you were restricted. As you can imagine, unfair rules or practices have little to do with common sense. So, lodging the complaint is the best step. As I hope you can see in the complaint detail, the casino's safety is not great, so there have been problems proven in the past.
Here is their t&c they claim I broke "Winnings from non-slot games are eligible for withdrawal up to a maximum of twice the initial deposit amount" ! So I played a table game sat down with $85 got up with $94 and from then on my max win allowed supposedly is $46 so I lost $48 immediately and can't win another dollar from my clean deposit like what ? And the t&c doesn't even state this policy yet this is how they operate
Thank you. To avoid any misunderstanding, were you aware of this limitation before playing table games, and did you manage to end the bonus properly? I reckon that if the bonus has not ended, it still affects your gameplay. Sometimes the bonus does not end with fulfilling the wagering but by submitting a withdrawal request accordingly to the max withdrawable limit rule. I would recommend consulting with the support, especially if you deposited before the bonus ended.
We can then talk about whether the response from casinos is ok.
