It's true that I won money, but they just took my money. I asked my Mongolians for help, and after undergoing surgery, I found out that I have cancer that cannot be fully cured. I don't want pity, but I want at least half of the money. I want to dedicate it to my treatment. I asked the operator to change his email address, but he refused, why? I was sick for many months in the hospital and all my phone numbers and e-mail addresses were deleted. Have you ever been in this situation???

I'm sorry for your issues but would be good to stick with the complaint now, I'd guess.
As far as I can see it seems that you used a 3rd party payment option which is against the rules. Kindly mind that and from now on, always deposit in casinos with our personal payment options, please.

There are other impressive details, so I feel it's quite lucky that we are not a casino, hence we do not close profiles due to creating multiple accounts. 🙂
