Started with 25$ no deposit bonus, completed wagering, and then when I tried to withdrawing some money,but uncusesful. their chat support only replied "that KYC verification is in progress" and to be patient. in the end they annoyed me so much that I go to self exclusion. that's my experience playing in that "casino"

lcb administrators are tried to communicate with casino rep again, but it was for a very short time.

I don't think it's a problem for me when a casino gets a negative review. We do everything according to our rules that we have set. It was simply wrongly evaluated, so that's why it took longer.
