Hi it would be good if you used the "reply" button because I don't know who you are replying to, and also if your reply was directed to a specific player, if you use the button, he will be notified that you have replied to him. 

Anyway, whose situation would you like to help resolve ? 

its really strange how this just died out. a 1 million dollar claim and no updates other than the complaint being rejected
