Well I tried to continue the small amounts but looks like they blocked any further withdrawals. Yes I should've raised a complaint but the score is already very low so anyone coming through casino guru should be very concerned to begin with. I have reported their website as fraudulent and emailed several gaming software providers including pragmatic, stating that I believe they are cloning their games. Any update, I will post it on here

You are right about the safety index, but you wouldn't believe how many players would not care enough and would go to play in such a casino and then write to us on the forum that the casino should have 0 safety index. That's why in such casinos the lower the better and especially the players can see through the complaints that the same problems are constantly being solved and they would not go there to play.
Too bad that the withdrawals were probably blocked, if you did everything in your power to get the money and it didn't help, then there is nothing more to say.
