To me, it seems like if you're a player that has had a lucky streak in their casino then you are jumping through hoops to even see your winnings.. I just check on your complaint, because I was interested to know how it developed. What I found seems like a truly bad joke to me. I just can't believe that it has been two months already and we do not yet even know, what is the issue - what is the casino still investigating?!
I hope they will come up with some explanation shortly since the time is running out.
