Hallo i have bwwn playing now two months with the casino because i have a amount in my account of 50.000 casino to get from them but the keep on delaying thw withdrawels and have different kind of excuses l. They have a withdrawel maximum of 2.500 a week but they dont even review the withdrawel to approve it like they want you too loose the money. I am so afraid that i will loose the money that they Will not pay me it feels like they dont have the money. I have lost over 20.000 euro at the casino and now its so difficult to get my money winning back. That rights do i have the drive me crazy dont respond on help only telling me these are their terms blabla anyone else have this problemen with this casino?

But the casino is Just very weird they let withdrawels for 1 two weeks and dont view it or approve it like they dont have money to pay it. I understand you're worried. But the important thing I would mention is that we give casinos 14 days to sort out the withdrawal process. That's why I asked you how long you've been unable to withdraw your money.
