For some reason casinogurufi has deleted my authentic review of this site so I shall leave it here for other people to read this warning.

No customer service. No license. No withdrawal.

I think it's okay and your review was approved. However, it might be better to describe a bit more, for example how long you wait or you can't withdraw the money. This is sometimes quite important information for players as well. 🙂

The fact this site has never paid anyone and casinogurufi considers it safe just deletes casinogurufis credibility as a casino evaluator.
Since nobody is getting money from here, we also need to change the safety index based on the experience of the players. In this I would say the complaints are very important and if the casino doesn't solve some of them then it will change and it will be lower. But if we don't have any more experience, we can't just set the safety index low on the basis of nothing. I hope you understand.

I have tried many times to make withdrawals with no success and no communication from the site. I stopped trying to make withdrawals as they removed the merhod I used for withdrawals and now they say I need to make a deposit in order to do a withdrawal. I did the same for previous method and don't want to deposit a single cent into this site anymore. It is obvious scam, I know few people who are not able to withdraw any money from this site. I have sent one more email few days ago, asking how can I withdraw money, but of course there is no response.
A verification deposit is pretty normal, but I understand your hesitations. Still, please provide a timeline of your withdrawal attempts.
I agree it is normal when you can do withdrawals after this and this not a case on this site. 
I have attached image of attempted withdrawals. As mentioned earlier I stopped trying long time ago as it was waste of time and also I could not try to make withdrawals as now they ask to do another deposit.

I did not know about this site before. I saw a thread in forum and posted to let other people know that highstakes.com is a scam site. I have filled a complaint and got a response that too much time have passed since withdrawals. Should I try to fill another one?
Unfortunately, if the case is older than 6 months, most of the casinos won't be able to provide anything regarding this, and therefore our complaint team is unable to assist players, you know.

Unfortunately, that approach won't help resolve the previous issues. I'm sorry, such problems really need to be reported immediately by the player, not with such a delay. I understand you didn't know. As Romi just said, however, complaint resolvers won't get any details from a casino like this.
