Jeg lavede min første indbetaling på dette Hotloot casino for 25e, og da jeg betalte, forsvandt siden bare fra browseren. Så lavede jeg endnu en indbetaling på 25e, og på samme måde forsvandt denne hotloot casino side bare.

Jeg burde have modtaget en registreringsformular umiddelbart efter indbetalingen, så jeg kunne have oprettet en konto, men de stjal lige 50 euro fra mig.

Jeg sendte dem en e-mail om sagen, hvor jeg inkluderede billeder af disse to indbetalinger fra min bank, men de har ikke svaret endnu.

Dette skete den 9. september 2025.

Jeg sendte også en besked til min bank om disse indbetalinger for at se, om de kunne annulleres i banken.

May I ask why you deposited also the second time, though, if you saw that the site wasn't working right?

I hope that you will be able to get it back from your bank because, as you can see also from the safety index of this casino, it is really bad.

hello everybody,mine experience is that i put 100 e inside on this casino: hotloot88.io and i win 600E. That was yesterday. So i want now whitdrawall,but first a barely verfied mine account they asked id and bank statement with proof of adress okay im already nervous,so i contact support on gmail and solve this step but now when i putted payment,i putted just 100 on USDT etherium to see bcs they say its instant to e-wallet and to bank waitin 3 days. Well now im waitin 6,7 h this 100 crazy. and like max payout is 500 . so if they payout me this 100 then i will put to whitdrawall the rest. so if somebody have experiences with them? its scamm or wtf. i will let you know if i whitdrawall mine money . bcs they sike like payout is on rewiev lol so thanx good i didnt win more money,but if they dodnt pay me out? does it worth to contact the law about this and go to court? i have all evidences and screenshoots. but if somebody have some experiences with them pls let me know if you get your money or not. this is link of the casino: https://hotloot88.io

I'm not quite sure if this casino really pays its players, as we haven't got much information yet. From the look of their safety index, I'm a bit worried, though.

they didnt acept 100 they say now i can make witdrawal only on bank what i used to deposit money.. so now i put 500 on mine revolut and they say again 3 days hhahah but i think its scammers

And did you deposit from your Revolut? Right?

Made a withdraw 28.11.2025, and the declined it 1.1.2025. Made a new one and no the site is down and have not got my moneys still.

Can you tell me again the date when the casino declined your withdrawal? Were they able to explain why they did so, and if so, what did they say? 

Casinoet afviste udbetalingen den 1. december 2025, fordi udbetalingen var for stor. Tilsyneladende kan en indskyder kun hæve 15 gange det indbetalte beløb. Derfor blev udbetalingen afvist.

Livechat svarede, at udbetalingen var blevet gennemgået, og at der igen skulle gå 3 dage før betalingen fandt sted, men på deres hjemmeside lovede de at behandle hele udbetalingen inden for 3 dage. Nu tager det over 5 dage.

If your withdrawal was canceled and you had to submit a new one, then the time is counted from when you submitted the second withdrawal. Of course, this limitation is not ideal, and it speaks for itself at the casino. 

What payment method did you use for the withdrawal? Try to wait a little longer, and I would prepare for anything, as expected, given what is written in the Terms and Conditions if the casino has such a low safety index. 

Yeah sure. I used Zimpler. But still its the 4th day today from the withdraw and every answer I get from them is the same lol. Gonna update this If anything happens.

If they don't have anything to tell you, they'll probably give you the same answers. I believe that when they have an update, they'll let you know.

So I'll wait for news.
