Are you referring to your complaint resolver? Right?

The case was closed as unresolved, as I can see, so that means she didn't get in contact with them, unfortunately.

Yes, thats correct the complaint resolver.

No, we are still waiting for them tor resolve the problem. We got 10% of our withdrawl after nearly 5 months. Even now they didn't give a reason why our withdrawl was delayed. I'm planning to submit my case to the SBGOK. Does CasinoGuru has any experience with this?

I'm sorry, I thought that you meant your complaint here, because I can't see other complaints submitted by you for this casino. 🤷‍♀️

Unfortunately, I can't say I have any experience with that, but I hope they can help you solve this out.
