Well, based on what I saw in the complaint, and if that’s the full text of Section 12.7, using a VPN in the casino is prohibited. So if you were using it, that’s a problem. In any case, I haven’t read the whole thing, and Michal will continue to look into your case.

Veronika already told Ice Casino to reconsider their position.


Here take a look on below screenshots that i saved regarding the resolved cases like mine. I mean these cases are far more worst but still bas been resolved with Casino Guru and Ice Casino.


Also, Ice Casino has admitted their mistake regarding the 12.7 clause and it is so obvious that they just want to take the winnings.


Take a look and would really like to follow up on your team mate, Michal to respond to my Complaint.

Heh, those are pretty general screenshots, and I said that every detail can make a difference. But let’s set that aside for now and focus on your specific case. Even situations involving VPNs can be resolved, but that’s not always the case, it depends on what’s happening. 

It’s pretty clear from one screenshot that this can be resolved, especially if the player didn’t intend to use a VPN to gain some advantage at the casino that they wouldn’t have had without it. That’s pretty important.

Michal will continue working on your case, and we’ll see how it turns out.

Yes its an honest mistake. Accidentally opened it for about 1 minute and 7 seconds as per the vpn log. I hope Michal will response soon. 🙁
