Issues with Verification and Withdrawal at JackBit (It's been a week)

Hello!

On July 16, I submitted my documents for KYC verification at JackBit Casino. Support informed me that the process would take 24 hours. However, after this period, I still haven’t been able to withdraw my funds.

I’ve been contacting support daily, but each time I receive the same general response, saying that they can’t provide a precise timeframe for when the verification will be completed. As of today, a week has passed since submitting my documents, and I still haven’t received any concrete updates on the status of my verification.

I want to mention that I really enjoy playing on JackBit — there are plenty of exciting events, and the casino section has a great variety of games. I’d love to continue using the site, but in order to do so, I need to be able to withdraw some of my funds.

I hope for some assistance and a quicker resolution to this issue. Thank you!

I'am and my husband was playing and placing bets on Jackbit. We are from Ukraine — our country is at war, and we are in desperate need of money.

At first, it was my husband who played. He won money, and the winnings were paid out to him — he was using his personal account.

Later, I decided to try my luck as well. I registered my own account, made a deposit from USDT, took part in the casino’s bonus program, and I was lucky too — I placed sports bets and won a significant amount.

However, during the account verification process, my account was suddenly blocked without a clear explanation. I did not break any rules — I simply placed bets on sports and won.

We need to feed our family and children. We are currently unemployed and in urgent need of these funds.

Please help me receive the money I rightfully won. I don’t understand what’s happening — I’m confused and in despair.

Hello, from what I have read I probably won't have good news for you I think.

The first thing I would say right from the start is that our team does not handle sports betting because we do not have the knowledge and therefore would not be able to be objective in such a case and assess the situation fairly.

The second thing I can think of why your account was blocked is that in every casino there is usually a term that only one account per household is allowed and it is not possible to have two. They probably found that out during verification and that's why they blocked you.

I would also say that if you need money, probably the worst idea is to lose it in the casino. If you couldn't win, what would you do? I guess when you describe the situation that's going on, I wouldn't say it's the best idea to spend money in a casino.

But I'll try to help you at least by posting some links where they might be able to help you, although I'm afraid it's going to be a bit of a hassle.

Complaint Regarding Unlawful Confiscation of Deposit by Jackbit.com

I registered on the website Jackbit.com, made a deposit, fulfilled the welcome bonus wagering requirements in the casino, frequently played my favorite slot games, and also placed sports bets. I deposited a total of 1,968 USDT from my personal account on the cryptocurrency exchange Bitget. After that, I made my first withdrawal of 654 USDT, which was processed successfully. I continued playing on the site in both the casino and sports betting.

Later, Jackbit.com requested that I complete document verification — I successfully passed it. However, on my next withdrawal attempt, my entire balance of 1,445 USDT was annulled, leaving only 190 USDT in my account. They referred to sections 8 and 9 of their Terms & Conditions, but I do not understand what specific violation they claim I committed, and why they are confiscating my deposit. They annulled not my winnings, but specifically my deposited funds, which came directly from my verified Bitget account.

This action contradicts their own Terms & Conditions:

Section 9 – Anti-Fraud Policy

States that in the event of failure to provide verification, "winnings may be confiscated and funds deposited by You shall be returned to You".

→ This clearly obliges the company to return deposited funds, even if winnings are confiscated.

Section 10 – Depositing

States that if deposits are made from a third-party account, "the original deposit will be returned to the owner of the payment account".

→ Again, the deposit is to be returned, not confiscated. In this case, all deposits were made from my own personal Bitget account, which is in my name and fully verified.

Section 11 – Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Allows only an administrative fee of 20% of the deposit amount to be deducted when returning deposits upon account termination.

→ The company has no right to confiscate more than 20% of the deposit amount under any stated circumstance.

Conclusion:

By withholding a substantial portion of my deposited funds — which came from my own verified Bitget account — without documented proof of fraud or any other legitimate reason under their own Terms & Conditions, Jackbit.com acted in direct violation of its contractual obligations. This constitutes unlawful retention of player funds under license OGL/2024/1800/1049.

Hi there, I noticed that a casino representative was participating in this thread, so I think it would be best to wait for their response. Or, as an alternative, the more formal update via your complaint:

Title: Plinko Win Shown as $50,000, Paid Only $10,000 – Support Admits "Numbers Are Contradictory"

Hi everyone,

I’m posting here because I need advice and hopefully some help getting this resolved.

On 14 August 2025, I played Plinko on Jackbit with a $50 stake. When you hover over the 10,000× slot in the game, the interface clearly showed:

Win $50,000 USD

I actually hit that 10,000× slot — the dream result. But instead of $50,000, Jackbit only credited me $10,000.

When I contacted support, they told me the game has a max win limit of €10,000. They even admitted in chat:

"Numbers are contradictory, that is correct… Round data shows real numbers that can be over maximum winning amount… However, according to the game terms, only 10,000 will be credited."

This means the game displays a payout that’s impossible to win because of a hidden cap, and I never saw any disclaimer in the game itself.

I’ve attached:

Screenshot of Plinko hover showing $50,000 for my stake

Screenshot of the winning slot result

Screenshot of support admitting the numbers are contradictory

My account history showing only $10,000 paid

I’ve asked Jackbit to either honor the full $50,000 or offer a fair settlement based on what was shown in the game. They’ve refused. I’ve now submitted a formal complaint to Antillephone (their licensing body) and here on CasinoGuru.

If anyone here — moderators, experienced members, or anyone who has dealt with Jackbit — can help me push this toward a fair resolution, I’d be extremely grateful. I just want the amount displayed at the time of the win to be honored, or at least a reasonable settlement.filefilefilefilefile

Hello and thanks for laying out the situation so clearly and also providing screenshots.

At first glance, there really does seem to be a contradiction; the game shows a potential $50,000 win, yet there’s also a maximum win limit of €10,000. Support even acknowledged this by saying the numbers are "contradictory," which understandably doesn’t look great.

On the other hand, if the casino has a fixed "max win" rule stated in their terms, casinos usually follow that limit, and unfortunately, it’s difficult to claim amounts beyond it (mostly on a legal basis¨).

Our colleagues actively try to discourage casinos from using problematic terms like "maximum win limits," especially in cases where players are betting with their own money. Unfortunately, some casinos still rely on such terms, and often they are not explained clearly at all. That’s exactly why it’s extremely valuable to submit a complaint in situations like this.

The fact you’ve already filed one with us means we’ll take a proper look at the case. We always aim to keep the process fair and impartial for both players and casinos.

Hello, in that case I would submit a free-of-charge complaint just in case there is an issue unknown even to us.

Did I get it correctly that your account has been fully verified and there is no additional investigation or further account verification required, please? Under such conditions I would expect the money to be paid out.

Still, something could appeared and it never hurts to complain: https://casino.guru/complaints/create 👈

I understand there being a max win. but why then let players bet $1000 per hand where you can win max with $0.5? does it make sense the outcome for reward is same as $0.5 and $500 and $1000? why then show the 1000x and allow high risk choice for users? if the max win is 100x?

Also as far as "clearly defining" how much can be won, in the same UI same page same provider same game it shows you win $50,000 at 0.000 whatever % so which one are you supposed to take as truth?

If you look online on social media this plink company has thousands of marketing videos showing players hitting 10,000x and making millions. it is why even after winning $10,000 I kept spinning for a shit to hit the grand prize. which doesnt exist but they are letting players gamble away their winnings and savings and deposits by showing fake possible outcomes. its like if a company sold you $100 lottery tickets for a grand prize of $1million and then when you win they say oh sorry max winning is only $1000.

Hello again,

I believe I’ve already addressed the main point: there is indeed a contradiction between what the game shows and what the terms say, and that’s why we strongly encourage casinos to avoid using such rules in the first place.

As for your further questions (why the bet amounts are allowed, why the multipliers are displayed that way, etc.), that is something only the casino or the game provider can explain. Those are their rules, and it’s their responsibility to clarify the reasoning and consistency behind them.

In our role, we’ll continue with your complaint and evaluate it based on all the evidence you provided. Don't worry.

Hello, My nickname on jackbit donation234

I replenished my account using cryptocurrency (LTC), I didn't win much, and I wanted to withdraw my winnings.

After that, I was assigned verification, which I successfully completed (photos and videos), and then I was informed that my account was under investigation and would last up to 6 months. They didn't explain the reason, and I'm worried that I might not receive my money.

Hello, I'm quite sure I heard this magic 6-month time frame for investigation....

Well, it appears the casino did not specifically mention the purpose of this investigation, so I prefer not to guess.

But, it might help if you complain about that to my colleagues. You see, they are always ready to investigate players' issues.

Do you like the idea?

You may start here if you do.

have an account with Jackbit and currently have about $200 in my balance that I cannot withdraw.

• I have submitted the requested KYC videos multiple times, but they keep getting rejected without clear explanation.

• Support confirmed in chat that my account is restricted by "company decision," but they refuse to provide details or escalate to compliance.

• I was told to email compliance, but I have not received a response.

• The restriction prevents me from placing normal bets, but more importantly, it is blocking me from withdrawing my funds.
