Hi . I have put deposit and no bonus . I wont about 28k and requests for withdrawal. In the meantime, they send me an email to provide all the documentation for verifying and withdrawal.
When i upload my document on the kyc, it keeps returned and logout from my account. I tried to login with 3 different phone also unsuccessfull .
i chat with the operator on the live chat and when i can get login on my acc, all my money was pending and the website keep refreshing on its own and all of sudden i cannot see my withdrawal requests and i contact the live chat they said theres no withdrawal requests. The question is ,wheres the money go?
they said i have reversed they money and deny what happened actually. When im about to make a police report, they asked me to wait for 24h my account verify and they will pay me .but it didn't happen and keep asked me to wait and nothing happen . Pls help me !!!!!! What is an actual statement the casino provides? Are they verifying anything, or just checking if they already paid you, maybe? Sometimes it takes a few weeks to sucesfull withdrawal.

Isn't it possible that you won the big amount when you still played with the bonus so there was a maximum withdrawal condition that the casino applied to you?
I don't get it. What kind of reason did the give you for not paying the winnings? They operate without any valid license so it's gonna be difficult to seek justice.

They called my phone number and said they cannot pay my winnings because system faulty and promised this will never happen again and offered bonus money half of my winnings. But I refuse and i said i want my money that i withdrawal, and they got angry and say i am the one who scammed. When i said i will report to acma and police they just hang up their call
If they offered you any kind of compenstation (istead of your winnings) a stated that there were system problem, I'm sure they know they have made a mistake...
There's no point in accepting the bonus money if you won real money. I just want to say that I feel very sorry for you. You won a lot of money, but you won them in a casino that has no license and it sounds like the casino just tries to scam you.
